I'll see you again. On Friday.

I have a new Love in life.  Move over, Young's DCS.

Southern Tier Imperial Choklat (no, I DO know how to spell) Stout:  nose - milk chocolate, nutty; taste - W.O.W., full bodied, hits you with a well rounded, almost Nutella-like chocolatey/nutty flavor.  If it weren't for its imperial status (ABV 10%), it would be my number one favorite beer.  Young's Double Chocolate Stout (on tap) is my numero uno amore.  This beer is AMAZING for a bottled beer.  No light comes through the glass when this beer is in it.  It is a Black Hole of Chocolately Bliss.  It's lower on carbonation that a bottle of Young's DCS, which I like cause it tastes a little more like it could have been out of the tap.  It doesn't lose it's flavor and become sort of watery tasting and flat over time the way beers sometimes do when they sit in a glass for a while.  No bitter after taste.

Date consumed: 3/4/2012
COR (chance of re-purchase): 100%
