Beer. It's not just for breakfast anymore.

                                         My breakfast was laughing at me.  So I ate its face. 


St. Patty's Day is coming up, so I made Guinness brownies.  I don't want to hear any shit about using Good Beer for cooking.  While I love Guinness, there are certainly better stouts (IMO):
1. Southern Tier Choklat Stout
2. Great Divide Belgian Style Yeti (Imperial Stout)
3. Rogue Chocolate Stout

and I would certainly not cook with them.

The recipe calls for 10 ounces of Guinness.  I threw in 12 ounces, and carefully deposited the other 2 ounces into my stomach. 

Anyway, just to torture you, here's a close up shot.  There's a small piece missing, just so you can see how fudgy and moisty they are.  It's a public service.  I am so selfless.
