St Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition

St Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition review, by BeerDaddy D Money.  It pours amber blonde with little sediment and a white head that is short lived.  Smells dry, tart/lemony and of funky wood.  The taste is refreshingly yet puckeringly sour but crisp dry, reminscent of green apple, lemon, and grape.  The mouth feel is light to medium, reminds of champange carbonation.  Overall not the most complex gueuze but very refreshingly sour and very good.  I would definitely purchase again.
