4,500 seconds

This wasn't your usual hardcord 60 or 90 minute DogFish Head  IPA.  This 75min IPA is special and brewed with maple.  The nose is woody with the smell of fresh sawdust (mmmm think lumber mills), hoppy and fresh.  The appearance: beautiful orange yellow golden amber, foamy head.  Unlike the 60 and 90 minute IPAs there is no bitterness.  It has herbal and floral tones; the maple favor is light, and there is a well rounded smooth finish.

Diesel score (for an IPA): 20
COR (for an IPA): 80
ABV: 7.5%
IBU: You'd think between 60-90, since it is a mix of the 60 min + 90 min IPA (with the addition of bottle conditioning and maple syrup), however, it tastes less bitter than the 60 minute IPA, maybe thanks to the addition of malts.
