Le Grand Cru
The Grand Cru, by the Greatest Brewing Company in all the world (pant pant pant)!!!! It is a coppery reddish-brown color, pours thin with very little head. Behold it's beauteousness. It smells toasted (says D), and like baby food, peas and carrots (says Beer Baby), malty. It tastes of caramel, honey, malt, raisins; there is very mild carbonation for a thin, but somehow well rounded mouth sweet feel (maybe this is the oils? comments please?). There is very little bitterness. Again, this is a drink in which you can taste the proprietary yeast, but in a good way. Maybe it's the honey, malty, roast, but I loved this bevvy and would most definitely purchase again.
COR 90% (depending on whether or not it can be found).
Diesel: 90 because it'll kick. your. ass.
Oh yeah, it'll fuck you up: ABV = 11%!!!
IBU: very few (mostly malty)
SOURCE = WIKIPEDIA: Grand cru (French for great growth) is a regional wine classification that designates a vineyard known for its favorable reputation in producing wine. Although often used to describe grapes, wine or cognac, the term is not technically a classification of wine quality per se, but is intended to indicate the potential of the vineyard or terroir.
